HOw are you doing. haven't heard fromyou so thoughti would write and say hello. I just got my periods yesterday... i was 11 days late!! I was deeply sad asi thought that i may be pregnant. you were also 10 days late right. I am feelingvery depressed.
Before my cycles were very regular.. now that my cycles are getting late.. it is hard to figure out my cycle.... please someone advice:( anila replied. Aww dear, that's really sad. I know what it's feel like. Cycles can be late. There is no reason to get excited. Exceptions always hurt.You have to take pregnancy test before expecting it. I can feel your pain. am too feeling confused and have mixed emotions.had my last period on dec 15th.my cycles have become irregular too after starting to try.i have checked thrice for pregnancy and all tests have come negative.dont know whats happening.

I feel soooooo good to read your messages...I know things will be ok for us...I am now waiting for my periods which should come by 19th Jan. I will get the cycle monitoring done, as well as follow Srs777's advice the next month and try every alternate day. Smile, all the very best for ur appointment. And you too Srs 777 :-) God knows that we really want babies and we'll have babies soon, it is only a matter of time...

My 1st appointment with the Fertility Specialist went on well...I've been maitaining my record of menses since last 6 months, which I showed to the doctor. My over all health is great, I am a pure vegetarian, I've never taken medicines ever...so anyways, he asked abt. my health etc for his record. He said - sometimes, it may be possible that women don't ovulate regularly looking at my irregular periods. Women may get their periods, their fertility mucus etc etc but its not necessary that they ovulate every month...Guys, don't take this personally, this is only a general statement that the doctor made, so lets not get worried, ok?

So anyways, I need to call the dcotor on the 1st day of my period inorder to book the apt. for the 3rd day...3rd day onwards, he will start monitoring my cycle. They will do an ultra sound etc to see my eggs...and when I am ovulating, after that, he will tell me which are the days for intercourse etc...So this first month he is supposed to do a \";CYCLE MONITORING\";. After the 1st month he will tell me what really I need to do, whether I have any problems or not...

Srs777, I really liked your suggestion about your friend! All these 6-7 months, we've been trying only during the fertility period, as my family doctor said - those r the only days when u can get pregnant...now this is only a science theory...But God made eery body different, and whether we like it or not and no matter how much, the science moves ahead, it is always trying to discover the process of nature...

So I totally agree with you here, next month onwards, I will definately try your suggestion...

cuteolme, i totally understand ur feelings. i am in the same position like urs. Don't think that u r having some problem, when the proper time comes everything will fall in its place.. but couldn't help our thoughts. i too want to make sure everything is ok, so i have taken an appointment on the 14th of this month. anyway i have my anuual coming up in feb, i decided to take it this month. what happened to ur appt? how did it go?
srs777, i totally agree with ur friend. from last month we r doing the same thing. Infact this month we did have sex every other day. somehow we couldn't avoid thinking about the ovuation time. my fertile days r anywhere b/n 13 to 16th day and i do experience an abdominal cramp which is one of the indication that i am ovulating. this month i didn't experience any of that. i really don't understand what is going on. let us wait and hope for the best. take care. good luck... I've been extremely optimistic about trying to conceive all this while...but now, I am really concerned and curious. I really want to find out what the problem is? I've never ever had irregular periods previously in my whole life, before I started trying to conceive. So why is it different now?

I do try at times to not to visit this website as when I come to this site, I start reading all the messages by everyone, and my mind starts going crazy! But at the same time, I have to say this, that I have been sharing the most deepest thoughts with all of you on this site. I've not been able to share my concerns with either my friends or anyone...I am not comfortable talking to them. Yes, my husband has been my pillar of strength...the most amazing person i've ever met. I've been talking to him and all of you.

I really don't know what is happening with us. One thing is for sure, we will get what we want when the right time comes. Keeping my fingers crossed. I have an appointment on 14th of this month. I read your message. I've got some similar news too. I feel soooooo bad, I got my periods one week late. And I thought I had all the positive symptoms...I don't really know but the more I try, the more my periods are getting irregular. I was so positive that I went for a urine test at my doctor's, then did a blood test but obviously, it was not meant to happen.

And it's soooo strange, after an almost 40 day cycle last month, I am ovulating on the 14th day this month! Ofcourse, I am keeping track of my cervical mucus, which was clear egg white on the 14th day this month.

Anyways, I've booked an appointment with a Fertility specialist now. I am meeting him on 8th of Jan. I think, I really need to figure out whats wrong or whats not wrong. It's like believing in God can help us maintain a positive outlook - but sheer will and blind faith won't overcome physical problems if I have them.

Anyways, I hope things turn out better for Smile, for you, & for me and for everyone else.
