Anybody taking prenatal classes? Any recommendations in the Andheri Juhu area? I am in my 8th month.

Prenatal Classes

Hi Shabana,

I m in my 7th month n wud b movin to my moms in abt 2 weeks or so....
Have been searching for prenatal classes myself but hvnt found any as yet....

Ders 1 i hv heard by Snighda Mehta somewer near Juhu but m not able to get her tel no.

Ders 1 more near Andheri shoppers stop... they hv 12 sessions cost Rs. 3900 bt only excercises no lectures....

Theres another one called Happy Bday in Juhu... Total 10 sessions includes:
6 sessions physiotherapy - excercises
2 sessions nutrition
1 session psychology
1 session yoga - breathing exercises costs Rs 4900.

BTW which doc r u consulting, if d doc is in Andheri he/she wud know abt prenatal classes in n arnd the area hv u chkd???

Plz lemme knw if u come across any good ones....

I will chk on des 2 once i m in Andheri.

Hey Saba,

Thanks for the information. My doc was recommending prenatal yoga classes at the Santacruz Yoga Centre (its in Santacruz East).
But I am not very keen on it since I dont want to travel all the way there. I live in Andheri West and the traffic is terrible.
Another reccomendation from my doc is someone called Sonali at Sujay Hospital, Juhu.
I am planning to check this one out. Will keep u posted. U take care.
