Hi All,

Just entered my 7th Month... all excited... but i' ve started getting leg crapms now since about a week..... its sudden in d middle of da nite n lasts for 1-2 mins.... really hurts n in d morning its diff to walk for a while.... :(

Can anyone help me with wat can be done to either avoid des cramps or deal with it....

Saba siya replied. even i am getting those leg cramps in the middlde of night...but i developed a tech. through which it gets ok...and that is when u get the cramp say left leg then fold ur right leg and keep straight ur left leg ...u will be relifed Shabana replied. best way to deal with the cramps is to get ur husband to stretch ur calf muscles.ask him to push ur leg towards ur shin.if he is not around,put a bedsheet around ur leg and pull ur leg towards u. increase ur calcium uptake.

even i had the same problem, im doing calf stretches taught by physiotherapist also, taking calcium and vitamin E supplements prescribed by gynaec, and it has helped me. Also drink lot of water keep urself hydrated. take care.
