Thanku so much Betsy for your prompt reply. Even I felt that it might take some time for the sugar to settle down...as there are a lot of hormonal changes. Even I have done a fasting sugar which was within normal limits...I also read in one of your posts that you cleared your 50grams GTT in your 2nd pregnancy..congratulations on that..:-)

Did you take any special care after your 1st deivery. could you please let me know.Reducing sugar and carbs ect ect..

After how many weeks after your 1st pregnancy did you go for a fasting sugar test.

i actually managed to control my diabetes during my 1st pregnancy itself, so i didnt have to do too much after delivery. guess i was one of the lucky ones! because of that i dont think i took too much care . but during my pregnancy, i reduced my rice intake,cut off all sweets,and exercised .
i think i tested my sugar maybe in the 2nd month after delivery.not too sure now.
since ur fasting blood sugar is normal now.i dont think u need to worry at all. people who remain diabetic after pregnancy usually have a high reading post partum.hows ur little one doing.
