Just an update on me....as u all knw i had started taking hormone treatment for getting my periods regular....and the doc suggested last week that i do a thyroid test and some other hormone test like Prolactin, FSH, LSH...

The results however are not good...My Thyroid test result were as follows T4 and T3 are low and TSH is high....so i hve hyperthyroidism....and i need to go on medication for that....apparently if i stick to homeo for this its a very slow process and so the homeo doc itself suggested that i go to a gynae for medication...now when i visited the gynae my doc referred to...she told me to do few other hormone test like the one i mentione above..now the results for tht except FSH all the other are ok...FSH is below normal the figure is 2.69...now i hve to go to the gynae again today and find out.The lab guy said that i am not ovulating and thats y i am not getting pregnant..now this is like even more fantastic news...

She told me to lose weight bcos i am on the chubbier side and she said it mite be affecting too.

Now i told her that i am not fat bcos i am eating bcos i hardly eat and so she said tht maybe my thyroid increase must hve caused this. God knws whts happening..everyday its a new story and new sickness.I am so fed up.

Sometimes i just feel its worthless to live and better to let go of everything...why are we getting to suffer like this...is this y we were born.I dont knw, i am telling you all i am going mad....i cant take it anymore.

If you guys can advise and share your knowledge on the above results pls help and explain wht the prblm is. And mostly i just need your support i think that would be the most precious help i can get.

Rupa Sunshine replied. Hi honey, listen, firstly, just relax, even when I had gone for my tests it showed my TSH levels higher... Now being also a PCOd patient, even I am on the chubbier side, My doc tells me that this is NORMAL! she had put me on Ebexid for 3-4 months which has thyroxine to combat the high levels of thyroid hormone.. I can only tell you what my doc told me, take glucophage regularly without fail, take ebxied, and EXERCISE, walk, swim, do aerobics, whatever you want, it's going to be VERY HARD to shed anything at all, sometimes you will wonder whether any of it is working, and it will seem slower for you than for others..
But just keep going.
Now of course, I'm not asking you take any medicines without checking with the doctor, just what I am trying to convey is please don't let this bring you down and i know it so very very HARD not to do that..
I know that it's a daily struggle for hope, faith, love & strength.. but love, as they say, This too shall pass.

As karish says , be happy that you now know the problme ..

Actually as far FSH goes, i have read that any value below 6 means you have excellent quality eggs ..so not sure if that value could be a problem ??

I would say, shift to allopathy ..because for problems like this, that is faster ...

Dont worry things will work fine. Now atleast u know where the probs is. Yaa homeo is a bit slow. So no idea if u shud stick with allopathy.
