iam frm august club.just hopped into go thro september.my due date is aug 27th ,some docs says it may occur in 1st week of September also.
i wanna know what is teh advantage of using saffron milk?i hav started using it but iam confused with its effects.
also gals i hav developed bac nausea?is this something bad ?
my cravings are different its ,,,bitter gourd (karela),sour lime juice,,anything bitter and sour.ppl if u dont mind can u pls share ur carvings.i love ripe mangoes too.

The old wives tales say you get a fairer complexioned baby if you take saffron. But, the scientific reason behind that is (as far as i have heard/known) the heat of the saffron helps relax the muscles and ease the labour pains. The labour duration will be short it seems. also, the taste of the milk changes and those who doesnt take milk (which is necessary) might take it just for the cuase. Drinking warm milk helps good sleep.

its gr8 to read that everyone is going thro the same things..
i have been really troubled by insomnia since the last couple of weeks..
it got aggravated since my hubby has left for usa for 3.5 mnths..
i was really depressed all of last month and the lack of sleep wasnt helping..
although yoga and relaxation techniques are making me feel better :0)
the worst part is that even though i' m a doc i was caught completely unawares by the fact that all preggie mums can' t sleep and even when u do it' s never a sound sleep always some dreams and stuff like that..
health wise i' m doing good and can' t wait for hubby ot be back in september..
my edd is 29 sept...
