before also i messaged u to give u the maids bureau no. but this site did not allow me to do that.u can take the no. from hindustan times.
u also consult in max pitampura even me too.to dr kusum sahni.
u can go for 4d ultrasound in star imaging and pathlabs tilaknagar. from dr sonali.she is very good. it will cost u rs 2500.
must go for it.its wonderful to preserve the memories of the unborn child.
do let me know abt ur experience.when r u due.where do u live in delhi?

i am in 27 week now.
i asked dr sahni abt the 4d u/s she said that it is an elective u/s and its upto us whether we want it oir not. it is not harmful. u can go for it in between 26 - 30 weeks.
but the best time is 26 to 28 weeks when the baby has more room to do his aerobics.

hope ur keeping well.thnx a ton for ur response.im under dr. sunita verma at max.good to know ur at max pitampura as well!!hows ur experience been so far?neways,im really worried abt the maid thing.im planning to call the japa maids frm calcutta who are specialised only for maternity purposes.if u need more details,lemme know.
also,did dr.sahni recommend u for the 4d ultrasound or did u go for it by urself?when is the best time to get it done?
i stay in pitampura itself.and my dd is 12th oct.im in my 24th week right now.pls keep in touch.

Hi there...hope you are doing well. Dont worry. An easier way would be to go walking when the baby sleeps. You must have started semi -solid once a day. After that you can go walking. I dont know what kind of support system you have at home but some mothers take their babies with them(in pram) if they are going early morning. Hi, I have 3.5 month old baby and am breast feeding. Had my delivery through C section. Presently I weigh 83kgs, and very depressed about the way I look. just started walking this morning, but my baby cries so much when I am not around so it has become really hard for me. Can anyone suggest :
