Even i wanna update my condition, in Jichi' s topic 3rd Trimister update.Unfortunately doesn' t hv any latest update.My doctor use to take visit in 4 weeks, so i hv mine next week. And last ultrasound was in 22 week.Next would be in 34th.

Currently into 30th week. My due date is 29th sept.
Hey most of u are telling that baby head is down, it' s coming in position. U people got this info from ultrasound or ur docotor told u after some tummy or internal checkup.
Please let me know so that i will ask my doctor in this visit.
I m so worried as i hv put on only 4kg so far, in 22 week baby' s weight was 400gm,even i m showing very less. I hv Baby movements also only once in a day mostly after dinner.

Update

Dear Rupal,

The updates,which i mean is just what we know. Even this message, which you have posted is an update :-) Don' t worry girl, When you go for the next check up, you can ask your doctor whether your baby is in head down position. They can determine that just by feeling your tummy.

Drink Milk at least twice a day. Eat healthy foods. Go for walk at least for 1/2hr daily.

The info abt baby' s head is determined thru USG.I came to know this from the 28 weeks scan.
