Hi MTBs,

Anybody started drinking Milk with saffron? We have to start drinking this @ night from 32 weeks with 2-4 strands of saffron....which ease the labour pain, during our delivery....It relaxes the muscles and will process the labour fast it seems!

Hi Happy,

Normally they say it is best if you take from the start of 8th month which is around week 32. You can start now also, no big difference. I have started from today as today is Newmoon day (i believe in this!)

Hi jyothi,

3-4 strands of saffron daily is ok. I did the same for my 1st pregnancy. consuming anything in a limited amt do no harm. We are taking it with milk only....which is cool rite? :)
