Due Date Club September 2008:Sleeping problem
2008-06-20
Name: Parvathi

Hi All,
Hope all are doing well.
I am facing lot of problem during night time. Not able to sleep continously though it is not because of the baby movements or anything like that. I am getting lot of dreams and i really dont know what to do. It' s been happening for last 2 weeks. So feeling sleepy during the day and i work i dont get time to take rest for sometime.
Could someone suggest me something to have a nice sound sleep.

Take care all of you...
Thanks..
Parvathi.

Hi,

Since you r not having deep sleep, you get dreams.....

1. Drink 1 cup warm milk before hitting the bed.
2. Maintain comfortable temperature in your room, not too hot or not too cold.
3. When you get inbetween the night, drink 1/2 glass warm water and sleep.

Hope this helps,
Jichi

Parvathi,

sleepless nights are common as we entered 3rd trimester already. Don' t worry.

Here are some things you can do.
1. some brisk walk in the evening.
2. Take a warm bath before going to bed.
(some body massage can also help)
3.Keep some pillows under your hips and between your legs to make yourself comfortable at bed.

Hope this helps.
