howz everyone going?
i have a very severe pain in my right wrist.due to which i am not able to do anything.brushing my teeth is real hard task for me.
anyone has this problem/
doctor asked me to apply moov but there is no relief.
now i have to show it to the ortho.
is this pain normal???????

Wrist Pain

Hey..sorry a bit late in replying.

What you are saying is called Carpel Tunnel syndrome and is COMPLETELY NORMAL during pregnancy. This happens bcoz of some trapped nerves under the growing uterus.

Hope this removes your concerns?

Hi smirti,

Try to get wrist support pad from the medical stores and wear it. It might relieve your pain. If working with computers for long hours, take a break, or use keyboard wrist support/laptop support boards/ cushions while working.
