Yesterday, I had a bad sleep moving frm one side to other.....& now my whole body is aching , not able to concentrate on work...

Pl. suggest which is comfortable/ correct sleeping position.

Hey Trupti,

My pregnancy guide (What to expect when you are expecting)suggests that the best position to sleep is on your left side. Prefably, with a pillow between your legs.

Hi Trupti,

The ideal position to sleep during this time is on ur sides.... i know its a pain to change sides.....

Have been goin thru the same thing myself n uncomfortable sleep most of the times.... But i guess its a part of the whole package ... aint :)

But trust me its all worth it at d end :)
