hey , i spoke to my hubby he is still not convinced about changing the doc, he says she wants all the tests done which will work in favour of me and my baby. he feels tht she is a good doc and i shud trust her.Now im going to call up few frens who took treatment in their hospital .Actually my mum aunts they find all these tests too much bcos in their times they hardly did anything of this sort. GTT was a big aaahhhoooo for all of them.

I Agree with Sangeeta, Tej..... Times wer diff during our moms times..... My mom neva even went to the doc except for once or twice during her entire pregnancy..... They keep wondering abt all d test but den me n my hubby try n explain to them dat times have changed.....

Things have changed quite a bit between den n now.... environment has, life styles majorly..... so wat was fine at der times may not hold true for now n mayb going further things mite change even more.... n we mite b sayin d same to our kids :)

If its jus the test dats making u uncomfortable don worry its not a big deal we r all going thru moroless d same.....
but if its d doc dats making u uncomfortable try to put ur point across to ur hubby in a diff way..... may b ders some gap between ur explanation to him n his understanding.....

you can also make him read des msgs other point of views also make a diff......

Hi tej i think ur hubby is correct because it will work in favour of you and baby only.
mum´ s times technology was´ nt so advanced so they hardly did any test.. so in their place they r also correct..

My sister was telling her doc too adviced for GTT test during her preg 3 yrs back even though routine sugar test showed normal results..her doc also advised whole lot of tests.. and ultimately she gave birth to a very healthy cute baby boy:) so now i too feel better to stick 1 doc ur doc might be just extra concerned..
