Hi every1,
Thanks Kajal,Congrats to you also.
How you all doing?Why our board is so slow, nobody is writing.....
Anyway i' m in my 13th week,have nausea so much that i' m not able to eat properly,lost a pound.It' s hard to take care of yourself and your kid at the same time.
How you all second time moms managing?
tc all of you....

hey Moni,

Hope u are doing good by now. I can totally understand what u are going thru.I just cant stop throwing up. I throw up atleast 30 times a day. Its so bad that i cant keep anything in my tummy. Any suggestions on this please as am really worried about the nutrition the baby is gonna get :(( help!!!

HI Meghna,
I´ m from Jan 2009 board. With my first one i had very bad nausea and morning sickness and even I used to throw up what ever I eat. Doctor had told me was at this stage it is sufficirnt for baby to manage with regular multi vitamins and with water we drink.
It is body´ s way of accepting new hormones and baby can manage with it.

So dont worry and make sure drink water and your multi vitamins

i very new to this site...(sry for the late reply)....although im not mom ,my mom use to fed us very frequently....
raggi should be fried on a pan with light
flame...it should not be roasted like...
(be carefull it splits when frying)then grind it,remove all skin etc...
