Hi All,
I just joined this group(a little late)....
Congratulations to all on your babies!!!
Let me introduce myself first... We had a baby girl on 29 Dec 2008...This is our first....We named her Ha Ha Haasini....Now she is in her 7th month...I know all your babies are also around the same age....we are excited, scared, happy, anxious...and the list goes on....You all also may be on the same boat..

I started this topic so we discuss what foods to feed our baby each month...
I am currently feeding my baby Rice cereal , dal rice with ghee and Gerber fruits and Veggie.....
Tell me are you making them at home? Does anybody know about raagi sankati...I heard that is very good for babies....

first of all hai to all,
i very new to this site...(sry for the late reply)....although im not mom ,my mom use to fed us very frequently....
raggi should be fried on a pan with light
flame...it should not be roasted like...
(be carefull it splits when frying)then grind it,remove all skin etc...
now add sugar(it depends on ur baby)ghee,boiled milk.ix it well with out lumps and feed ur baby....

I named my daughter \" Saloni\" which means beautiful,but the prob is whenever i tell this name to anyone the first image comes in everyone eyes is Dark girl, which is bcoz of some indian serial,then i don' t feel good.
