IM ONLY 22 YEARS OLD I WEIGHT ABOUT 300 POUNDS. I SERIOUSLY NEED TO LOOSE THE WIEGHT. I HAVE A PROBLEM ADMITING THAT I NEED TO LOOSE THE WEIGHT TO EVERYONE I KNOW. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I ADMIT IT. MY BOYFRIEND LEFT ME BECAUSE I AM FAT. HE SAID I WAS BEAUTIFUL BUT I WAS JUST TOO FAT. I WANNA LOOSE THE WEIGHT FOR HIM. HES STILL AROUND. I LOVE HIM AND I WANNA BE WITH HIM. HE TOLD ME HE DOESNT WANT ME SKINNY BUT THAT HE JUST WANTS ME TO LOSE SOME OF THE WEIGHT... HE SAID FOR ME TO BE ATLEAST AT 200 POUNDS. I SERIOUSLY NEED HELP. I WANNA DO THIS AND I DONT KNOW HOW. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME AND TELL ME A FAST WAY TO LOOSE THE WEIGHT.

hello fat girl,
i just wanted to know what type of diet you take and what all physical activity you do??unless you control your diet and do physical exercise it is difficult to reduce weight.I suggest you should avoid all sugarry,fatty ,oily things.You should take more fresh fruits,juices (unsweetened),sprouts etc.You should avoid maida,white bread,rice,potato.You should take more karela,lauki,papaya,whole cereals etc.To avoid cravings take small frequent meals 4-5 times a day.You should do atleast 30 min of exercise everyday,may be brisk walking.I hope all this will help you.Weight reduction will help you also in maintaining good health.

thanks a lot. what kind of exercise do you trhink i should do?
i really dont eat much i eat once a day at about 5 o'clock and i dont much of exercising maybe jus t the usuall house work but thats it. what do you suggest i start doing?
