Diet Food / Low Calorie Cooking:Lemon, honey with luke warm water

Hello,
I have been hearing more about lemon-honey with luke warm water early in the morning, but my problem is I am suffering from hypo-thyroidism, so i need to take thyroid medicine early in the monring. My question is if i take lemon-honey diet along with my thyroid medicine, will weight loss work and what would be the effect on thyroid medicine.
Could anyone give more information on this.

I know that saturated fats are harmful. Saturated fats include ghee, margarine. these fats increase the bad cholesterol level
