Saturated fats are bad for health and overdose of any fatty substance leads to health issues. Fats you can find in ghee, oil, dairy products so intake of such food items should be limited and execersing is must for healthy body.

I know that saturated fats are harmful. Saturated fats include ghee, margarine. these fats increase the bad cholesterol level

Try avoiding these and especially try avoiding eating in night.

All the best

Subject:  Coconut oil healthy or not
I only know that saturated fats are harmful. Saturated fats include ghee, margarine, coconut oil and so on. these fats increase the bad cholesterol levels and thus are harmful for health. But in many parts of south India, coconut oil is used for cooking food. Is this not harmful? why they do not have much heart problems? Coconut oil has many health benefits but should stop the consumption due to its bad effects? I am confused, please answer.

Subject:  Fats Awareness
I was aware of different types of fats but never knew about them in detail. I thought all the fats were bad but saturated fats were worst as they do increase cholesterol risk and risk of heart diseases. But after going through this article, I became more aware. All fats are bad if taken in excess. One should limit the intake of fatty foods to prevent many health related issues at bay. Most health issues are due to obesity and this is due to intake of more fats.

Subject:  Albicans
A lot of people have a problem losing weight because apparently we are only focusing options that can make us lose wieght easily. Well apparently most of us are overweight because of Candida Albicans growth in our body. My friend Christopher Guerriero once told me that if I can lose Candida Albicans in my body then I' ll be able to achieve my ideal weight.
