hey guys,

im currently only in my 19th week of pregnancy..i' ve gained i think about 5 pounds..doctor says its fine, on a good track.

for those of you who have gained too much you think, have you tried exercising? talk to your doctor to see what kind of exercising you can do. there are many things out there for pregnant women, and im talking about MORE then just going for a walk. Power walk! if ur close to a gym, go on the treadmill at a good speed, not too slow, and put it on an incline. there are many things you can do and dont let anyone say you cant do it!! but talk to ur doctor before hand! make sure its ok for you, since every person is different.
