If you want to get pregnant, try to have sex on the day of ovulation or during the ovulation period, not after the ovulation period. Take pre natal vitamins before you start trying. But, take after consultation with a doctor. Pre natal vitamins contain all the nutrients required for the body and are recommended by many doctors.
