Rough and darkened elbows are a common problem. There are several remedies to this problem. Regularly rub lemon on your elbows as lemon juice has a whitening and softening effect. Almond paste mixed with honey or milk, vinegar diluted in water, and warm milk are also good alternatives.
1/4 litre of milk mixed with 4 teaspoons of glycerine, 4 teaspoons each of powdered borax and bicarbonate of soda make an excellent lotion for
rough skin of elbows. Refrigerate this lotion. Equal parts of rose water and glycerine also has a softening effect. Rubbing elbow skin with kitchen salt can also be very effective. |

for dark elbows and knees, you can bleach it! use bleaching powder like ETTA'S Bleaching powder, it do work very well, just have to be patient on it and use whitening lotion too...
in brightening lips, use a brightening lip gloss like Godiva's and cocoshima... theya re good brands too.
for those pimples you can treat them by using amira magic cream and taking vitamin B5, the vitamin is available at most pharmacies, the product is very accessible
amira works on scars too but it may take time :(
whitening pills like l-glutathione works in making skin look good and in whitening you just have the right mg suited for your weight and the right amount of vitamin C with it and that is double the dosage of the l-glutathione :)

For Underarms, elbows, knees and acne scars...you can use the same item. Any skin bleaching product, with the active ingredient of Benzoyl peroxide will do. remember, this is different than the ";hair-bleaching cream";.Just make sure to only use the bleach cream in the areas where you have discoloration, don't use it everywhere. Just keep using it regularly, twice a day...you should see results within 2 weeks. Someone had this question, so let me address is. This will get rid of acne scars by fading them, but will not help to prevent or cure acne. there are no over-night fixes for these things, but Benzoyl peroxide is the ONLY thing that will help with these problems. Make sure you use it carefully and it doesn't touch your hair or clothes, etc. I do hope this helps you ladies. :)

hi, just landed here and we have the same skin problems. why don't you try this some helpful tips how to whiten your underarms, of course you need to understand that it needs patience ok? here you go... to whiten your skin young papaya leaves will help, crushed it so that it won't hurt your skin and just rub it once a day. i tried it and it works. use also baby soap and never again beauty soap its too strong. for your under arm problem don't shave, never again. just gently pluck it and careful not to bleed.after you removed hair don't wash it with water just leave it for 24 hours then scrub.. don't use papaya leaves there cos its more sensitive and never on face too. you can use freeman's product, i tried and its good, im not selling it. use same soap or cream on your face and under arms. rub it gently rinse and soap it twice. wash your face everyday with coconut soap non alcohol based. elbow problem dont let your elbow land the desk and dont press it on any hard things. you will harden your elbow skin for sure. apply some petroleum jelly.just email me for more tips.God bless.

It doesn't lighten immediately, it takes some time, but i have sensitive skin and can't use bleach,so its been great for me.
