    The most important source of calcium for kids is dairy products such as milk, cheese, curd, and other milk products. Giving dairy products will help boost bone development in kids. Bone is mainly calcium and these products are rich sources of calcium, so kids need more of these. Even some vegetables such as broccoli are good source of calcium. Calcium can be included in form of milk shakes, yoghurt dips or cheese sandwiches.
