Even I would like to know the ways for encouraging healthy eating habits in kids. My kid does not like to eat homemade food. He is always into eating tasty food and mostly junk food. My in-laws pampering has made him like this and now I want to change this and encourage good eating habits. I would like to know some healthy snack options.
Once a week junk food is fine. But try never to overindulge and never let this become a habit. Junk foods are just empty calories, they just fill in without any nutrients.
