of course it will affect your married life. even if she is your cousin, she is your sisteer dude . in your would be wife's eye se is your sister too and sister and brother can't have such relationships. if your wife get to know it will be huge chaos to ur life and you will not remain to stand anywhere as you cannot get married to your sister and your partner is gone. try to stop this attraction for your sister.
