Hair Care:reduction in thickness n quantity of hair

I had typhoid last year during September n was losing hair day by day more n more. I took vitamin n calcium tablets for a month after recovering from typhoid. But no difference.

For last 4-5 months falling of hair has decreased n its normal. But the hair which fell has not grown back. I mean before typhoid I had very thick n dense hair. Now its quantity as well as thickness of my hair has become half. Plz help me out.

I wanted to go to doctor but my parents refused because I have taken lots of medicines during typhoid n now again taking medicines would cause many side effects. So, tell me some natural
methods to gain the thick n dense hair back. Plz help me out.

At present I am using parachute coconut hair oil n Pantene shampoo. I don’t have any dandruff.

thanx vijay, neeshaa n pearl. i have started usin almond oil daily.
today i applied the three oils as said by neeshaa n pearl n washed it after 3 hours n the feeling is gre8.

ur Welcome dear ...but why r u using Alomnd oil alone ...just use these threee oils mixture ....cause u have aready added almond oil in it also ..dear it is not necessary to use it 3rice a week u can do it ant anternate days too ....

Neeshaa is right. Mix coconut oil, almond oil and castor oil in equal quantities and apply it to your hair weekly twice and shampoo it out after 3 hours. This will prevent falling of hair and improve thickness of hair.

Now I am writing recipe of a conditioner which you can make at home. Apply it weekly once. It will make your hair soft and silky.

4 tbsp henna powder + 2 egg whites + 2 tsp coffee powder. Mix this (with water if needed). Apply this and wash it off after 3 hours.

Take protein rich diet like 1or2 cups of sprouted grains or 2 cups of dal daily.

dont worry

which is nothing but lack of protein and iron.protein for hair growth and iron for strength

if nonveg means eat daily one egg
or
eat some fresh vegetables

for iron eat iron content foods like dates

shampoo is no need to change but oil u must change

apply bajaj almond oil.it contains vitamin e.its good for hair

sister dont take any medicine for this,bcoz already u have problem of high power medicines

any way follow the simple tips ok

Thanks Vijay for your suggestions.

From childhood I am using coconut oil n my hair were good. So if now I change the oil to almond would it effect?

Should I apply almond oil daily? I am from Bangalore. But at present I am in Shimla with my cousin to go to college n my cousin said that here hair becomes brown if we don’t apply oil regularly n if we wash hair daily. So I have developed the habit of applying little oil daily or alternate days. I wash my hair twice or thrice in a week depending on getting time.

I am vegetarian but I eat egg white. so is eating white part of one egg daily enough?
