Hi, i am in noida soon will be shifting to pune, will be joining office from 1st of feb, I have no one here in pune, my parents & in laws are in delhi...we both are working & no one is there to take care of my son, Pls. suggest shall:

I Keep my son in creche/day care(if YES, pls. suggest good & reliable creche around dhanori..this is the place i will be living in)

Keep a maid(hired from agency and leave my child with her alone(Not sure how is she is going to be, will she able to take care of my son independently without any supervision)
Had contacted some maid agencies , they assured they will provide good maids, experienced, reliable with adequate id proof, verification from police.... I am not sure should we trust them...

Keep with the maid(Daily maids or local maids.... not sure how reliable they are, will they be able to take good care of my son...)

Need to suggestions from all the working parents and people living in PUNE as it is new city to me so Pls. help me out what should I do...we are totally confused and scared tooo..:-(

Suren replied. I hired a maid from acityservices for my kid. And let me tell you they are big time cheaters. until registering with their agency they convince you well but later they dont even bother to respond. Never trust this unrealiable, hopeless agency which is filled abominable liars. the maid i hired from this agency stayed only for 2 months and the agency doesn' t even care to replace. i never thought these agencies could be so sick but they actually are.
