Prenatal care is very important. It is necessary for healthy pregnancy and healthy baby. It is a solution to many issues related to childbirth and newborn care. I think all pregnant women should enroll themselves in prenatal classes.

I completely agree with you. Prenatal care is more than just healthcare while pregnant. It deals with issues like nutrition, childbirth and taking care of newborn. It also lays emphasis on physical activity during pregnancy. I had enrolled for prenatal classes and found them to be very beneficial and enlightening.

Tell Me Your Story.
Dear All,

I'm Dr. Meghna Bharath. I'm a strong proponent of Natural Birthing.

In the run-up to becoming a Mom myself, I prepared for Natural birth and delivered naturally. Recently I encouraged and supported my younger sister and close friends deliver naturally as well [through remote advice, since we were across a 10-hour timezone :)].
