i m surely tensed about the labour pain, but yes a lil unsure b' coz of the placenta thingi...whether i wud hve a normal or a c-section thing...but intiutions say..it wud b a normal delivery...and I AM KEEPING MY FINGERS CROSSED....
guys hve u thot of the time left before we actually become a family.....i mean i feel proud to imagine MY SMALL LITTLE HAPPY FAMILY...WOW!!!!
okie before i take this further...wanted to share another exercise which by this time u all can n must start n the best part is noone wud no tht u r execrising, this is entirely for labour...and is called pelvic floor exercise....(for muscle toning)-You can exercise ur pelvic florr henever u remember, sitiing, standing or lying down,at work or at home.Aim to do this 6 times a day.
okie now the procedure - 1. Sit up stratight in a comforatble chair n relax.Try to isolate the pelvic florr muscle buy concentrating on them as u relax the rest of the body.(To identify ur pelvic florr muscle -imagine u r urinating and trying to stop the flow,u' ll feel a tightening in ur anus, vagina and bladder)
2. Now tense this muscle, and try to hold for a count of ten,and thn release them slowly.Repeat this releasing n tensing action from 5-10 times.
It wud become easier as you preactise.
DO THIS TEN QUICK TENSE-AND-RELEASE CYCLES,WITHOUT HOLDING FOR A COUNT.
