Name: Manjari Parashar Hi friends,

My baby is one yr old. Good thing is she was on the breastmilk+ other solids throughout the yr. Now I'm planning to wean her.My concern is as she is growing older she is rejecting cows milk or milk and milk products in any form. how can i make sure that she is getting her part of calcium daily. is there any milk substitute?kindly suggest something.

Hi,
I'm in exact same situation as you are. My one year old is not ready to leave my milk though I want. She never took a bottle. Right now I'm trying to feed her by sippy cup, and by spoon (by mixing milk with cereal)its getting better today she took milk (half of a sippy cup.) try this and share your experience.

9.5 months milestones
