Name: unhappy girl I' m 27 years female...I' m fond of beauty & fashion...But a very serious issue arised in my life...I look very young ,attractive,medium & beautiful in mirror at my home but whenever I go out & look myself in washroom mirror I have seen myself looking fat & old...in some washroom mirror I look good but very different because of this I cannot find myself exactly...because of this not even my sister but some colleg mate also laughed on me..that I think myself beautiful but when I look myself in the mirror is the reality ...I' m very scared...that what exactly I have to do to loose weight or not to..because I dont want to look myself pale & sick in my house mirror ..even I dont want to look myself fat & old in outside mirror :( :( :(...I cannot find the reality in my beauty ...please help me...I found it' s happening with me only ...Other people look everytime same in any mirror but I' m not :(

Hi dont worry there are a lot of solutions these days to cut down extra weight which you have gained and pull you back to your normal shape. Dont go for medication make use of natural ways

It happens with everyone and you should not worry about it. Do what you think is good for you. You should never listen to others and feel bad about yourself because someone was laughing at you. Just ignore them and live your life.

its a mirror problem and not yours just chill. and if you feel u r fat then you are if u don't feel then u r not. check ur weight if it exceeded or not according to ur height even if it is some kgs more than ur bmi then also its fyn. just be cool. don't worry much about mirrors.
