Am 14yrs old. My height is 4.11’, my mothers is 5.2’ n my fathers is 5.6’. can u tell me some exercises to improve height. Plz suggest me some exercises n natural methods to increase height.

don't worry about your height. 4'11\"; is not too bad. it all depends on how you carry yourself and self confidence. i am pretty petite (4'10\";) and I have had no problem with my height at all. As long as you stay slim and take care of yourself healthwise, you should be fine. and if you feel too self concious, then wear heels.
