My son is four month old. He has bad dry skin. I do massage him with Well's almond oil and also apply milk cream, turmeric and besan powder before while giving him bath. Even after this he has dry skin. Please suggest some remedies for this. should I change the massage oil

My son has mild exzema and we use aquafore for as diaper cream and his face, cetaphil for his body and a more stronger medicine(The name eludes me for specific areas of his legs and hands). It works just fine.

whatever brand you use, use it in purest form and make sure its edible oil ( that can be consumed and if it touches baby by any means like mouth or so, you arent worried )
since your baby is having dry skin, massaging with olive oil will help. but just make sure that olive oil is hot in nature, if he has ne rashes or so, stop it.
in case of sensitive skin, it is advisable to use a good brand of baby oil like j&j and the best thing to do is ask your dr. because dryness in skin because of many reasons and just massaging with creme miht not help.
u didnt use besan paste and your baby skin got more dry because milk cream is the best natural moisturiser that is just right for babies..bt using gram flour in longer run actually absorbs oil from the skin along with the dirt.thats the reason why in olden and ayurvedic massagess, this is most trusted way to cleanse the skin and esp this is the remedy for normal to oily skin !!
hope this helps you. if you wish you can massage your baby with lil turmeric and milk creme. he should be fine with it, besan will be make his skin dry in longer run.

stop using besan at 4months old. see after that.besan is not fit for all skin types please understand that, and using it at 4months is abit early.
first massage and then this paste and all is too much for 4month skin to handle.
stop besan paste, and if the dryness is more, further take him to dr..dr might recommend you some good creme for approaching winter/dryness..
take care.
