Hi Neelima,
So as usual it would be pain for women if they have miscarriage because it would touch their heart and they will not come so easily out of it also.

hi Neelima,
You can take food which is rich in proteins and vitamins.Try to take lot of milk products so that you can get calcium for body.It would be better you even take fruits.

Hello Neelima,
I think there would not be any diet to be followed after mis carriage but you have to look after your health and then it would be better if you take care for the next time and you will be blessed with children from god.

Hello,
I have recently joined this group.
I got married in Feb 2005.
I got pregnant in the same year June 2005.
But We got it aborted with pills as we were not ready for it.It was 6 weeeks
Then later on in Dec 2006,I again got pregnan.I was happy. But I lost at 6 weeks. The doctor said it was complete abortion.

Doctor told us to undergo some tests like APLA.
But the result was negative.
But she told to take ecospirin.
An again in Mar I got pregnant.
I lost it after 12 weeks.
Doctor didn' t have an ans for it.Se soid it was a missed abortion. As there was no heart beat.

We went for a second opinion.(Doctor)
He suggested us to wait for 3 cycles and then try.
It is almost 3 months now.
He also did all the except for Karyotype.
He also checked my ovulation which was proper.
I have regular 29 day cycle.
I am very depressed by all this.
Will I have normal pregnancy.

Hi Neelima,

You´ re right about this being more of a mental and emotional experience rather than something physical but even so you must admit that your body has been through a lot and any rest you take is well earned. Just take it easy as you get back into the swing of things. Two months isn´ t such a long time to wait before trying again and I sincerely wish you the best of luck with future pregnancies.

About your MIL... It must have been an upset to you seeing her ask you to get into work again so soon, maybe it even seemed like she had no understanding of what you might have been through but take it at face value when she says she is just trying to keep your mind off things. The one thing I have learned is that those with the best of intentions don´ t realise the hurt they accidently create. A little patience from everyone will make a world of difference. Warmest Wishes xox

Hi Neelima,

I am sorry to read of your loss. I hope you are feeling recovered physically and are feeling more hopeful now that you' re with your parents. Ghee is not a problem for your diet, in fact all foods are quite fine and you need not worry yourself about foods you eat. A balanced and varied diet is all you need. Take care!

Her husband was a doctor too, but besides all the knowledge they could do nothing. Then they tried going for IVF. At first they were resistant, they were double minded. RE:Coping With a Miscarriage
Hey! I hope you are doing well. Miscarriages are a terrible thing that can happen to a family. It is like your dream of having a child and the next moment it is all gone. There are various reasons why miscarriages happen. But I do not think that miscarriages should affect the relationship. It is the responsibility of the husband to understand that no one is at fault.
