I am 14 week pregnant right now and
I had my 1 hour Glucose Test last month in my last visit to docter they told me that my suger level was high, it was about 160 and then they send me for 3 hour glucose test. I am still waiting for result. Nut meanwhile Could any one advise me on what to eat and what not to eat. Any Advise or diet plan would be helpful.

Congratulations on your pregnancy, nothing will be wrong, don't get overly cautious.

I am surprised that your Dr. performed Gestestional diabetes test this early. This is a test taken between 26 to 28 weeks.
Did you have family history of diabetes or you are a diabetes mother-to-be.

Cutting on sugar or sweets is your bet.
Insulin would be treatment.

I am sure your Dr. must have told you this. This is the solitary way.

Stress during pregnancy can disturb metabolism leading to gestestional diabetes. Try to be relaxed as much as you can, this would cost nothing to you but offer you a lot and to your baby too.
