Hi all,
Just wanted to know everything about the solar eclipse on march 29th 06. this is my first pregnancy and i'm not sure what i should do- another thing is that i have a doctor's appointment on that day- i heard people say that one shouldn't go out and rest during the solar eclipse- if anyone could please help me- it would be really great-

Even my elders told me not to step out on that day!!!so its better to change ur appt just to be on the safe side......

Hey Pearl,

Thanks for letting us know. I am not sure about the details but know that it is not advisable to step out. If you are concerned, then you can change your appointment date. Whether there is a scientific reason or not, it will give you peace of mind.

I did some reading about it. looks like it will be mainly visible in Africa and Central Asia. But no harm in taking precaution wherever you are.

I am sure others will have more info.
