Good Morning,

Kindly help me with some remedies for dry skin with allergic rashes (they are not pimples, nor acne). They look like heat rashes. Kindly suggest the best and effective way to get rid of these rashes and dry skin.

From ur talk it appears to be an skin allergy,but to what u have not said more,,so 4 dry skin just apply siple emoleent creams containing just simple ALOE VERA but no extra chemicals & 4 allergy take simply Tab.Avil(25 mg),twice-thrice daily but plz do see ur family doctor as u can' t self medicate too long....
