Hi all,

I have few questions in my mind which i really want to clarify:
1) I am in my 34th week and keep lazy all day. It seems like I dont have energy at all and feel really exhausted..Is it normal

2)Since last few monhts(cant say for sure which month) i am having white thick discharge . It not everyday but 2-3 times a week. And all my reports for culture are normal(as per the doc).I read somewhere that for some people mucous plug comes slowly in a way of white discharge instead of bloody show. so I just wanted to know how do i know for sure that its mucous or not.

3)do we have any u/s during the end.. If yes then in which week.

4)How do we know the baby has dropped or not..any symptoms..

5)and lastly i get some menstrual like cramps and at times tightening of tummy with slight pain..is that what we call is braxton hick contractions.

thankyou all for your support and love

1. yes it's normal
2. yes the discharge can be increased and as long as there is no odor or color you should be worry free.
3.some time between 34 to 37 weeks but not mandatory one.
4. it's called lightening, you will feel pressure in pelvis, you will also have to visit rest room quite often than present. you will feel easy to breath.

5. yes they are braxton hicks contraction. Also for your other query addressed in separate post, since you face BHC you won't need to do that exercise. walking on fours could be good however, cat cow position.
