hi,
i am living in australia, i am working as a customer service reprsentative, i have to deal with customer' s face to face everyday. so as in a foreign country people prefer to be clean shaved and my job demnads me to be clean shaved everytime. so i have to shave my beard almost everyday. due to excess shaving, now my skin looks rough dark black with inner hair visible and even beard hair is very thick due to shaving. hair growth is very fast also. i have fair skin, but now wheneever i shave, my skin does' nt look good at all due this rough dark black .please help me how can i make get rid of dis dark looking skin o get my fair complexion.AND is there any way to make beard hairsoft and less growth or it. so i have to shave lesser times. please reply fordis. thnx so much.

Mel replied. Most men shave daily. I don' t think the darkening of your skin is solely to do with shaving.
First, before shaving, wash your face with warm water so that it opens the pores and enables easier shaving.
Second, use a good shaving cream, never soap, and more importantly, change blades often. Rubbing a blunt blade makes the skin coarse and doesn' t give a close shave.
Third, use an aftershave balm (not the alcohol based one).
Last, after shaving, wash your face with face wash or facial foam, and make sure you moisturise your skin.
If the problem persists, see a dermatologist.

thanx for d reply mel.
i d the shaving the same way u hav mentioned. but i don´ t know why i got dis problem. before it was all gud at dat time i shave about after 2-3 days, but from last year i hav to shave every next day and now from last 3 months i have seen dis chnage in my skin. even now when ishave i doe´ snt giv a gud look i mean it looks like i have shaved a day bfre. little kind thick of hair is still visible which is differnt from other´ s who who just shave, it givs a fresh look, that´ s what i hav noticed and my friends also noticed dis.
dat´ s why i m worried dat in d cmng years dis can become big problem for me, wid thick hair and dark skin.
