Hi all,
How have u guys been doing of late? Since the last week or so i have begun experiencing really disturbed sleep during night times...i try and avoid sleeping during the day..but with little help...I am finding it hard to get into a convenient position while sleeping...since i experience a slight increase in weight at the abdomen...sleeping on my back is giving me a backache and am not finding sleeping on the sides very comfortable...
Are any of u going thru a similar thing? Please do let me know...

It is really too early to be having sleepless nights. I have heard from the other already moms, that u lose ur sleep when the baby really grows in size. I guess u must be in 16/17th week, and I am sure ur tummy shud be only of very reasonable size.
I suggest u exercise more and be active. And first of all feel healthy. we have another 23 weeks to go and tough times r yet to come.
SO do some tread milll work outs, brisk walk and have a hot cup of milk before u sleep(milk induces sleep).

The best position from week 17 is to sleep on ur left side.Avoid sleeping on ur tummy or back- it wud bring digestion probs.

i'm in my 17th week of pregnancy,and i'm new to this board i'm living with my inlaws,my husband is in states.i,m in depressed state of mood because my husband is not near to me during this period,i want to know is it affect the baby. i too have the same plm as u have in the night my dr advised me to listen good music at night.u may try this
