hi, are there any good daycare centers in hyderabad for a 3 month old baby? please suggest some names of good ones... are there any placement agencies which would supply reliable maid servants to llok after the baby...

I came about an year back from a joint family in Delhi to a nuclear set up in Hyderabad and was looking for a trustworthy day care for my 2.5 year old...and Klay day care it was... You can go through their website they are the best in their field, their branch in Hyderabad is pretty new I guess 2 or 3 years old... But believe me they are the best, the teachers the staff and even the center head... You won't see their name when you search for day care in hyderabad in Google.. But since my kiddo was in Klay Delhi. I can bet on their food quality and warmth with which they handle children + CCTV access all times. For your 3 month old you can check with them. But I am not sure if there is a day care for such a small baby. They are located in kondapur near Google office. . Esperanza knows how to manipulate parents. They feed all the kids with same spoon.they count food given to each child. Even care taker to student ratio is less. They are perfectly doing business. I know hoe they work and the way they run the show. Tell me one kid who is in Esperanza for more than 2 years and not admitted in hospital because of their care. The interest they show in expanding and raising hikes should be shown to take better care of kids. Madhapur branch opposite cyber gateway is worst.I don't even understand why should they take 4 months fee 1 month advance.. It is high time for software guys to prove that there idea of - software people always look at exterior performance and they do not look on what is actually happening inside day care . Can i say one thing that instead of sending your baby to creche centers it would be better you appoint any lady who can look after your baby in your home only because they can concentrate only on your kid.

Am going to suggest this message to all mothers who are having the same situation in their life because when kids are below four years why you people prefer creche centers instead you ask your mother or mother in law to stay with you only because they would take care a lot better than you. At which place do you stay so that you can choose creche centers which will be way to your office so that it will be easier. Otherwise since your kid is 3 years old you better ask your mil or mom to stay with you. Parent care replied. I respect Esperanza management concept when they started with round the clock care service today its all on papers. the management is so busy in expanses and advertising. The kids are not always in a safe hands or place within care center. I dislike that little ones are engaged to watch TV all the time; no creative work/play activities. I do not recommend this place for any child until they improve and truly serve committed services. They do not bother where your child uses their care facilities or not as long as you pay every term fee in 3 months advance. Even they do not ask why child is not using services. in case you miss to pay then they will not allow you to do your work as if you’re a defaulter they send continues sms and calls every hourly stating penalties will be charged on daily basis. The management list bother to maintain list of holidays as many they announce with the excuse of child safety. No compensation of such holidays. Be aware that I had times in where I thought that I should take my daughter out of there but in reality and being honest. It’s not so easy to take out once you join there at the end one will losing more money in addition every time they say they address issues. I could give them several occasions. I could not see any improvement, rather wasting time and money. There is always one or other problem. But it never comes out. Because we do not give much time to our children to understand what’s going with them.
I totally agree the true feedbacks given by many parents highlighting poor infrastructure, CCTV, Fee, Ayyays and always fishy in their transference and openness. All false promises they do; their policies are on papers only not implemented in any of their braches. There is always one or other problem in their services, sometime power, sometime no teacher, sometime webcam not working. Most of the time their AC own work but their TV and SMS services promptly works always so that all children will set for watching TV and they can send sms reminders of payments. There is always fee hike in addition several unplanned holidays which disturbs a lot for working couples to find alternate resources to safeguard their children. I can say Esperanza is poor then any modern orphanages especially I talk about their Banjara hills branch.
I can speak about the one in where Kajal the Banjara branch in-charage. She is rude, horrible lady. I couldn't ever figure out who to speak to at the end of the day (pick up). Now Esperanza should run a accounting chit fund Company rather child care business. I appreciate swatha who was earlier in-charge; at least she use to show openness with children and parents and use to short out issues.
It is understood that any daycare is a business, but you need people to use your services, being rude is not needed. Always Ayyays are busy in Cooking as if they run a restaurant business else ware. In case your late to pick up your child they promptly charge; even not bother about their food. when you assign them to pickup or drop using their transportation your child will on road side till their vehicles come for pickup; they never report on time.

First thing is 24/7 daycare an dit is . air conditioned not much when power goes the AC is off they do not have backup except in the reception where parents come. parents are not allowed to go to classrooms, surprise visits there is a big NO NO. Care takers or Ayyays are good, we have to tell them about our child then they can take care accordingly. the CCTVs doesnot work always. lot of interruptions not useful at all. And they say educational tablet for kids, which is not required for small children. and it is weekly 2days for 10mins, i never saw my child working on tablet till now.
They charge very high fee 32000 per term ( 4months) CMS classroom monitoring software 3000 school kit 800. lot of money for a 1 and half year old just for 4months. when i ask for to see the tablet they always lot of stories, that their teachers are busy currently, or when i cask in evening they say teachers left cupboard keys are with them.they ask for one day time to show tablet.i do not know if they really have tablets.I am only happy for the care they take, but this care we get in other schools with even less fee. mothers care replied. were do u live , i just open a day care center , for one or two kids and give an intense attenttion and care like a mother please feel free to contact me nam replied. I have enrolled my 2 kids at esperanza, mahindra hills, hyderabad 8 months back and I am very happy with all their facilities like : taking care of HW, transport, food, extra activites, cleanliness etc. If parents are to compare cost with service then there is no debate as I think service should be best as faar as kids are concerned and cost should not be given as much a thought when you can afford it. suma replied. I really pity you, in my case it was my social studies teacher, who was hell bent on teaching moral science instead of social studies. She always used to criticize us, you don’t deserve your names, it should have been something other than this. I still remember one day I had to face her wrath for getting less marks in the exam. It’s just not you dude, a trip to the memory down lane, can any one get lost in the fond memories, but I regret for not having remembered one. Baring a few, like getting scolded by my teacher and not to mention my madam’s expertise in twisting ears ,making us kneel down, canning the knuckles. O those fond memories. But now looking at those turn of events, I realize how fortunate are we to see get all those scolding, turning into blessings. All has indeed transformed our lives. I salute those teachers who scolded me not out of passion, but out of deep compassion.
