Hey gals,
im having severe headaches since 2 days....and since im not allowed tot ake any medicaitons, i did ntot ake any, but its like a migraine(i have migraines soemtimes) that just will not go....
any solution??? plsssssssss help

Also someone had suggested to take Tylenol as it is safe in pregnancy. You might want to check with your doc if that is safe.

sorry to here about it,relaxation exercise can help,it consist of simply closing ur eyes and imaginge a calm,peaceful scene.
Lie down with a cold,wet cloth on ur forehead and rest.
don't go long periods without eating,have apple or glass of milk.
Have ur husband give u foot massage,The big toes are the acupressure sites for the head.Firm,kneading pressure to these areas can help reliece a headache.
Eating well and getting enough rest,and minimizing ur stress.
Apply wrm compresses to the front and sides of ur face,around ur nose,eves,and temples.
a tension heatache may be relieved by applying cold compress to back of ur neck.
Consult ur doc for any medications.
Hope some of this may help u to relive headache.
