Subject:  post partum blues



pls help me
I am a mother of a 3 and half month baby.After delivery i am feeling very tensed unconditionally anxiety is developed for no reason and sweating.
My gyno told it is post partum blues and consult a psychiatrist.I am really worried.

Yes, stress will adversely effect the baby. try to relax and keep the stress level at the minumum. This will be bad for the baby. Take utmost care and try to make sure that you are happy and not mentally presurrised. Do not sit idle and feel sad...keep smiling.. do not cry, try to avoid fights shouting, long and loud discussions etc..this is very imp to stay calm and happy always during the pregnancy...
