My doctor suggested me to take Ecosprin-75mg till 8th month. This is taking becouse my LAC is high then normal. My BP is normal. Please suggest me is it normal to take Ecosprin-75 till 8th month.
Thanks archie replied. if you have had an ultrasound recently and found that baby measured on lower side then clotting disorder or some trouble with it can be considered and blood thinner like baby aspirin (ecospirin) is offered.
like Sowdha said you will need to stop somepoint to make sure it won't interfere C-section in case you will need to have in emergency.

I was also asked to take the same medicine from the start and I was tested for partial thrompoplastin which was slightly high and so i am still continuing with the tablet, even i have started my eigth month. My gynae has asked me to have it till the 32nd week. I was discussing the same with another doctor and she assured that generally we shd stop 15 days before any surgery, so don't worry but ask ur gynae when to stop it also. she might suggest the same as in my case TA replied. Archie will give the best medical advice. But I wanted to share that for this pregnancy I started taking baby aspirin (I think same as ecosprin) right from the start. I don't know what LAC is but in my case it was due to an unexplained loss in the earlier pregnancy. Not connected to BP. I have been asked to take it till the very end.
