Hi,i am in the end of my 6th month now...i do yoga daily for a healthy child and for normal delivery. However, i have piles from past 4 years and was nt having much problem with it.. i tried to get it operated before planning for a child. To my bad luck, i conceived before getting piles operated. Does this create any problem during labor. I do chew a lot to avoid indigestion, take lots of water..morn sometimes i have radish in my juice, and i am using a cream for it. and before conceiving also iused to take lot of care to avoid severity in my piles. Now however i am a bit bothered if it vl affect my labor in anyway.. and suggest me to reduce its impact during delivery.

Ya i informed my gynecologist regarding my piles problem....she said it cant be operated now as it will create complications and suggested me to keep it under control. So i take lots of water, leafy vegetables, and fruits and dry fruits. She gave me a tonic which will help in free motion. Ofcourse i dont face any problem with that. but it just bothers me in regard to my normal delivery.

Hi Lalitha, Did you consult your gynecologist? Many pregnant women face problem of piles. you must include fibrous food in your diet and drink lots of water. do not forget to consult your gynecologist.

Dear All,

I'm Dr. Meghna Bharath. I'm a strong proponent of Natural Birthing.

In the run-up to becoming a Mom myself, I prepared for Natural birth and delivered naturally. Recently I encouraged and supported my younger sister and close friends deliver naturally as well [through remote advice, since we were across a 10-hour timezone :)].
