Hi,

I recently joined a Company. I sit in front of the computer all day. My skin and eyes are becoming very dry. My eyes are red, burning and water. I keep washing it with water and doing eye exercises but no relief. Secondly my hair is dry due to the atmosphere inside. I feel dry and sore. What do i do? Virgin coconut oil to protect your skin and hair from sun damage

If you can´ t help venturing out in the hot sun often, then apply Virgin coconut oil to your scalp as a protection from the harmful and drying effects of the UV rays and also do not forget to soothe your skin afterwards with a liberal application of aloe vera gel to which a few tsps of Virgin coconut oil is added.

Virgin coconut oil in face packs

Do not forget to add a few drops of Virgin coconut oil in your face-packs in winter, if you are above thirty and if you have dry to normal skins.

UK replied. You should avoid looking at the monitor more than an hour. Just get up from your seat every hour and divert your eyes somewhere. get back to work after 10mints.
For dry hair and skin. When you take shower, just add one drop of coconut oil in the pocket of water. It gives you enough moisture and not oily look. Use lotion for hand and body everyday after shower.
For hair once a week massage your hair with pure coconut milk for 30 mints and wash with warm water and shampoo and we get hair vitamin lotions in supermarkets. Just apply a drop everyday.
