I am feeling very tight in my tummy. It is there almost the entire day. I also feel lot of baby movements coupled with the tightness. So I know everything is fine with the baby. The little one is very active..I want to know if there is any solution to loosen the tummy. What I could do? Since I work all day, I am unable to feel comfortable.
Also I feel pain whenever I sit on a chair for a long time though I take frequent trips to the loo. Little pain in the lower part of rectum I believe.

tighness of tummy is some type of BHC and are absolutely normal. NO you don't want to do anything to loosen tummy, because these are going to get you prepared for big day (although several weeks ahead).

some pain in rectum is OK, may be it's from baby position. do you have normal bowel movements, if not then increase intake of fibers to get stool passed at regular interval.
