Some time back, i used the hair strip to remove the hairs on the upper lips. When i streched the strip, i had rashes on the skin. Then i mistakely removed the dry skin, and after a few days it heales up, but it has very dark patch on the wound, and looks like developed pigmentation. Can you advise me what can be done for this ?

try to apply lemon or cocoa butter. it will take time but it should go away.
