hi,
i have dark elbows. i tries scrubbing it,but nothing helps. please suggest something. its very embarassing.

lemon wont help you. moisturise your elbows all the time. massage it with oil before you take a shower, and during shower, apply some soap to your elbows, and use a pumice stone to gently rub it. Do not scrub with any cream or soap, the drier the scrubbing, the more darker it will become.

if that doesnt work, go to the dermatologist and ask for glycolic peels
for a good moisturiser, ask for EFADERM in the pharmacy.

cut lemon into half and rub it on ur elbows regulary,over a period of time u will see the change.
