hi my mom is 60 and her cholestrol level is high is there any desi totka or remedy for her cholestrol reduction ??????????????plz help

forgot to add..
you can also take onion juice & give it to her.
it will be tough to drink,but a sip of it after every few hours will do the trick.
but better than all this is a good & healthy diet with as less meat & oil & ghee as possible & regular brisk walking.

try the following :
in the morning as she gets up & before going to bed in the night,give her a cup of cinnamon tea.
-boil a cup of water.
-add one tablespoon cinnamon to it & one tablespoon honey.
give it to her everyday 2-3 times.
tyr it for @least a month.then check the cholestrol level again.it will be lesser hopefully.

to stop eating fatty foods, and go to the doctor immediately to get cholestrol under control. Strict diet control will take care of it. Cinnamon or garlic doesnt help at all.

try eating garlic.2-4 cloves of garlic are ok.if it creates indigestion then tryin makin paste of it and haveit.haveit on empty stomach

i read somewhere if cinnamom powder is taken with honey everyday empty stomach ,it will help reduce cholestrol level.Pls give it a try.
