Hi all :

I am almost completing 25 weeks. I am experiencing very bad back pain and shoulder pain. I try to sleep on my left (which most of the books suggest). But that really enhances my pain. Any suggestions or remedies ?

Also, lately I have started puking again. The freq. is something like 2-4 times a week.

Does anyone have any notes on weight gain. I have gained only 4 kgs, but my doc is perfectly fine with it.

I too get backpain on somedays but I think its normal in pregnancy. What my doc suggested is using pillows as a support under your tummy and also at your back. He said it will ease the pressure on the spinal cord which is the main reason for backpains at this time.

You can also ask your husband to give you a back, shoulder and feet massage every night before going to bed. This will help you and give u a good night sleep.
